If I could get the Mythic version of the lock set though, oh man.
Tier gear was added to the Beta today...so I logged into a few toons to see what it would look like on. I really like all of them! The paladin is of course my favorite for now. So I may have made Honeypants a male Tauren and named it Hoofhearted, he's adorable! I love the priest helm...the purple in the druids set...the warlock shoulders, all so good! The seed has been planted though..."what can I mog this with". I'm excited!
If I could get the Mythic version of the lock set though, oh man.

When I revamped my website I mogged Honey into one of my favorite sets for the background. I hadn't really planned on using the set for her ret spec, but I went looking at polearms for her it, and fell in love with Ritter's Rat Render. It matched perfectly in my opinion, and the little rotating bit in the middle gave it some interest. This thing was a little pricey on the AH since it's a MoP BoE, but 2500g later it was mine, and I love it. Items Used: Xmog.cc Wowhead I recently download the Total Gold Earned addon, since I saw Elvine post on Twitter using that when he hit 14m gold earned. While I recently blogged about hitting 1m gold myself, that was just HAVING it all at once. I was a little surprised after getting it. Apparently I've made 3.6m gold, LOL. Where did that go?! Oh look, a mount... While my total amount made is not that impressive, it was neat to see how much I've earned total (and how much was from my old servers before moving to Ner'zhul).
I did a character copy on the Beta today to see how Aynslie's mog would look. While I love the work overall that has gone into trolls, the definition in skin and muscles (and teeth!), I just....well I can't think of a nice way to say it. I MISS AYNSLIE'S CLEAVAGE. I feel incredibly silly, but, I'm quite fond of her "softer" sides. I don't see why they need to be more covered! I quickly copied my sweet little warlock Merrily over to see what would happen on her undead self... ...and it's like someone pulled the top of her dress together. Granted it's not completely covered up on either my priest or my lock, but it's considerably different. I love the work that's gone into revamping character races while keeping the essential part of them in tact. They have a less low-poly feel to them, their hair looks wonderful (I love the bone in Aynslie's ponytail and the way it bobs when she runs), the way detail has been added to clothing, and the more solid feel they have in design. I just miss seeing that extra skin on their lovely lady lumps.
Hello! I redid my website! It's so different than how it used to look, I like it a lot. I needed a change :)
I wasn't quite ready to post, but I hit publish on accident so, here it goes! I just needed to get a few more pictures for some pages and sort out some new local mogs, but it's all good. It's nice to see how the sizing and picture formatting turned out anyways...at least on my screen lol. I made a Twitter account and linked up that and my e-mail to some buttons on the left, just in case someone would rather follow me to see when I post. I figured it would be a little handier since I can go anywhere from a day to a month between posting lately :p I'm probably going to be tossing out quite a few blogs the next few days, I've got a few people I want to put up and have been waiting till my site was finished, so yeah! I'm excited, it's been a while since I've posted about mog stuff. <3 Honey It's not the prettiest UI, and it could probably be improved, but it's mine! In case you were wondering, yes I think I may be blind. If you haven't seen dual Skada windows and love it as much as I did when I saw it, it's super easy to set up. From the configuration menu, select Windows, then Create Window. That's it!

I posted a set for Honey today, and while chilling in Shrine was inspired by someones mog...enough to post it! I'm going to redo my website a little bit the next few days and change the layout a bit, so pardon me if it looks a little messy. I'll fix it sooner rather than later!
Hello! Long time no see. My goal for the past few months has been to hit 1 million gold before WoD. My transmog sales had always been a little lackluster, and it took me a heck of a long time to save up for my Spectral Tiger mount. After getting the mount, I got tired of sitting around 50-80k.
I dove headfirst into farming and crafting. There's been a lot of fluctuation in the market, a lot of competition, and a lot of farming. Going into it I refused to buy cheap ore or buy anything off the AH. I'm completely against botting, and I wanted to make sure I was in no way contributing to that. It may not have been the quickest way to make gold, but it made me feel incredibly good. After 3 and a half months, I accomplished my goal. 80k to 1 million. I don't know what I'm going to do with it. I know that the possibilities for what I can do are open, and that's really comforting! Who knows, I might buy a pony after all. While I swore I'd slow down after it, I'm not sure I want to. It's almost a habit now, and with so much down time before WoD it seems like a really good idea to farm now so I don't have to worry about anything for a long time. Who knows! <3 Honey Mogoholic, the Fashionable Bank Alt![]() I dress Mogoholic up all the time. This week has been my favorite "themed" one, she's like a little ice princess! Being able to put any enchant on a weapon my bank alt can use is awesome! She is currently using Deathfrost. I also recently stumbled upon the Black Diamond Ring, and Noble's Elementium Signet. (Sorry I had to delete links, the formatting made my eyes bleed from white text on a white background, click the link below!). While the Black Diamond Ring is not visible on your character info tab, it is on your finger. The Noble's Elementium Signet is not visible per se, but it makes a sparkling effect on your toons right hand every few seconds. Both of these can set you back a few thousand gold...but, she posts a lot of auctions so I feel like she deserves it! Items Used, lol. Speaking of posting auctions, while I had a great start at expanding my emporium, it quickly fizzled out. The last two weeks I have been working a lot irl, and have been too tired to farm enough mats to replenish everything that I sold. While my schedule has simmered down again, it's going to take a bit of work to farm enough mats to get back up there and stay again. Needless to say my gold per day average went down by a lot, but I'm still happy about what I bring in! I still refuse to buy anything from anyone. I know there are some bots out there, and I don't want to contribute them that at all. I work hard for what I do! While I could be missing out on making my life easier (even if it's from legitimate sources), I'm 100% proud of my farming...even though it's awful. ![]() Did you know a level 1 can use the Sea Turtle mount?! I did not! I would like to thank my new found friend Pherion. We've had some interactions before, but it wasn't till I met his fashionable level 1 alt that he gave me so many new inspirations. Not only did he introduce me to the Elemental Force enchant (which is by far my favorite), he's helped me with other things. I don't know if it's because I live under a rock, but for the longest time I thought you could only turn off experience if you were level 10. I have been petrified to take Mogoholic out to get a haircut for fear she would hit level 2. No respectable bank alt is over level 1! Not only did he inform me you could do it, he walked me to where you could (I thought that was a nice gesture!). Mogoholic promptly went to get a haircut, got another one 5 seconds later, then changed her outfit. :D He also gave me a Large Bear Bone, which is pretty awesome. Thanks duder :) Honeypants, Aynslie and MerrilyFinally posting about my "girls". Honey has a new set up, FINALLY. My poor sweet Aynslie hasn't seen a lot of action lately. I'm fortunate to have been taken along to a guild run of SoO a while ago and gotten her quite a few pieces of the heroic Mage lookalike set, which I love and have kept her mogged to. My sweet baby Merrily has been in the Sage's set for some time now, I really like it, it's a lot of fun! Aynslie's Items Used: Xmog.cc Wowhead Merrily's Items Used: Xmog.cc Wowhead Hello! I just wanted to make a post saying I'm not dead. Granted over the past few months I would say I've been pretty dormant, mog wise at least.
Honey has been recycling mogs for a long time now, Aynslie seems to be following suit, and Merrily seems to be trapped in either Warlock tier or complete green sets for now. It's not that I don't want to mog them, it's just that I either don't have the space or want to make the time. Honey and Aynslie's bags are quite precarious, and since hitting 90 on Merrily I've been running A LOT of lfr's, flex and normals, quickly filling up her bag space and sucking up all of my free time. Lately though...I've become obsessed with the auction house. I've been selling mog gear for quite some time now, but I'm not an active "flipper", and my realm isn't high pop, so my sales were slow and inconsistent. After buying my spectral tiger mount in December I've felt like I've been scraping bottom and struggling to get ahead. Two weeks ago I decided it was time to make a change. I have an army of alts with professions, and I've never used them to sell things on the auction house. I have a miner and an herbalist to farm with, a scribe, blacksmith, engineer, tailor, enchanter, two alchemists (one pot one flask master), and I've recently power leveled Merrily's jewel crafting. I've always used the TradeSkillMaster addon to post my mog gear, but it has so many more extensions that are useful in posting for professions. With the help of a few guildies, I set up TSM to cater to these groups and set off farming. I've been farming my poor little DK's butt off, and making a TON of things. I haven't run anything, other than a few LFR's on my enchanter to try to get some Sha Crystals. I watched my sales for the first few days double what I'd normally make in a week with transmog, then triple it, then more. As of this moment I'm making in a day what I was making in a week. Granted it's not too terribly much, but it's a vast improvement to say the least. I don't know if I can keep it up this much or this hard, but the payoff has been rewarding to say the least. I feel like I dove head first into the deep end after being in the kiddy pool, and I have A LOT to learn about the market. It was much more brutal than I'd anticipated, and a lot more work. For now I'm starting to get all of the items I want to sell at least, and hopefully I'll be a bit smarter about how I do business in general in the future. I'm sure I've messed up a few times so far! I want to have a very nice cushion of gold going into Warlords, and so far it looks like I may be able to do that. It's also nice to go "hm, I COULD buy that". There's always Invincible on the BMAH to consider...oh...and mog gear. Can I have more bag space yet PLEASE Blizzard?! Thanks! <3 Honey |
